Ghanaian wood mask, 'Wise and Prudent'
This beautiful mask by Daniel Nyadedzor comes from the Frafra people of northern Ghana. Its circular shape represents a person who is well rounded, or knowledgeable about many things. Nyadedzor names it Badwenba (Prudent Person). Embellished with copper wires and applications of embossed brass, it boasts an antique-style finish.
